Agent workspace

The AI Agent Workspace for Company-Wide Work

Employees often spend too much time searching across workplace tools, opening different systems, and combining information manually. Omni gives teams an AI agent for work that can gather company context, analyze information, and carry out supported tasks across connected tools.

Omni brings together 25+ built-in sources, permission-aware company context, model access, and actions across connected tools. Employees can use one workspace to investigate customer issues, prepare project updates, analyze company data, or get ready for customer meetings.

Customer issue · SSO setup

SLACK

Support thread reports repeated sign-in failures for two customer accounts.

CONFLUENCE

Setup notes describe the current SSO configuration and expected identity-provider values.

JIRA

An open issue tracks a recent identity-provider configuration change.

Suggested next step

Compare the affected accounts with the configuration change, then verify the SSO settings before updating the support ticket.

One AI front door for company-wide work

Employees already work across systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, HubSpot, ClickUp, and Linear. Finding the right information often means switching between these tools and piecing together details from each one.

Omni provides an AI front door to your company’s information. Employees can start with a question or task instead of deciding which application to search first.

Omni connects to 25+ built-in sources and builds shared, permission-aware company context. It can also use supported actions across connected tools, allowing employees to move from finding information to completing work.

The goal is simple: give employees one place to work with the information and tools they already use. Explore AI agent integrations.

What employees hand to Omni

Four jobs show what that means in practice:

01 / WORKFLOW

Investigate a Customer Issue

An employee investigating a customer issue may need to review CRM records, support information, emails, and internal knowledge. Omni can gather relevant context from connected tools such as HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, and Confluence, so the employee does not have to search each system separately.

For example, the employee can start with the customer problem and use the information available across these connected sources to understand what happened and find relevant details.

02 / WORKFLOW

Prepare a Project Update

Project updates often require information about progress, decisions, tasks, and blockers. Omni can gather relevant information from tools such as Linear, ClickUp, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

An employee can then use that context to prepare an update without manually collecting details from each project system and communication channel.

03 / WORKFLOW

Analyze Company Data

Some questions require more than a simple document search. Employees may need to find relevant files or business information and then analyze the available data.

Omni can work with information from connected sources such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365, and other company systems. Employees can use the resulting context for analysis-heavy questions instead of manually locating and combining the underlying information.

04 / WORKFLOW

Prepare for a Customer Meeting

Preparing for a customer meeting can involve reviewing account history, recent activity, meeting notes, and other company information. Omni can bring together relevant context from tools such as HubSpot, Fireflies, Gmail, and internal knowledge sources.

An employee can use that information to prepare a brief before the meeting and enter the conversation with the relevant customer and company context in one place. Omni can also support actions across your tools when employees need to move from finding information to completing work.

An enterprise AI assistant with your company’s context

A standard chat window mainly depends on the information a user provides during a conversation. An enterprise AI assistant needs a different approach because useful answers may depend on information already stored across company systems.

Omni connects employees, company tools, and AI models through one system. Its shared company context can include information from connected sources while using connector-supplied indexed metadata and permissions. Access and synchronization behavior depend on each source. Learn about Omni’s platform and context.

For indexed retrieval, Omni can filter content using connector-supplied access metadata. The permission information available and its update timing depend on each connector. Actions use separately authorized tools.

Omni separates company context from the reasoning model used to process it. Teams can connect commercial or self-hosted models and change reasoning providers; changing an embedding model may require reindexing. Learn about our open-source AI agent.

Built for the whole company, priced for it

Omni is available as a free Community version that teams can self-host on their own infrastructure. Companies that need additional enterprise capabilities can use the paid Business plan, which costs $10 per user per month when billed annually. The Business plan can be used with a self-hosted enterprise deployment or Omni Cloud.

Omni Cloud is planned and currently available through a waitlist. It is not yet a generally available managed service. Teams can start with self-hosting while choosing how much infrastructure and operational control they want to retain.

Some teams prefer an AI agent mainly within one ecosystem. Omni focuses on connecting multiple workplace tools through one agent, while giving teams control over their infrastructure, data, models, and operations.
