From company data to working agents

1

Connect your company tools

Link Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and other systems your team already uses.

2

Omni indexes your data securely

Omni Cloud hosts the search and agent infrastructure, keeps content fresh, and respects source-system permissions.

3

Employees get agents for work

Teams can ask questions, find documents, analyze information, and automate tasks using company context.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about community self-hosting, enterprise licenses, Omni Cloud, security, pricing, and deployment options.

What is Omni Cloud?
Omni Cloud is our fully managed deployment option. You get Omni with enterprise features, and we handle hosting, updates, security, and scaling so your team can focus on using agents, not maintaining infrastructure.
What's included in the Business plan?
Business includes all core AI agent features, all integrations, SAML/OIDC single sign-on, advanced admin controls, priority email support, and guided onboarding. You can use it as a self-hosted enterprise license or with Omni Cloud.
Can I self-host Omni instead?
Yes. You can self-host the free open-source community version with core features and community support. If you need enterprise features such as SSO, SCIM, audit logs, compliance controls, or priority support, you can add a paid enterprise license while still self-hosting.
Is Omni open source?
Yes. The core Omni product is open source under Apache 2.0. You can self-host the community version for free. Enterprise features and Omni Cloud are paid options built around the same core product.
Do I have to use Omni Cloud to get enterprise features?
No. Enterprise features are available for both deployment models. You can self-host Omni with an enterprise license, or use Omni Cloud if you want us to manage the infrastructure.
