Information we collect

• Waitlist information. If you ask to hear when Omni Cloud is available, we collect your email address so we can manage your signup and send the requested update.
• Campaign attribution. If you opt in to analytics and arrive through a tagged link, we may retain standard UTM campaign fields (source, medium, campaign, term, and content) in your browser session and include them with a waitlist signup. We do not send the full page query string as attribution data.
• Website analytics. Plausible provides cookieless analytics. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you opt in to analytics. These services may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, and browser or device information.
• Visitor identification. RB2B loads only if you opt in to visitor identification. Its tracking technologies may use cookies and related identifiers, visit attribution, and location signals to recognize visitors and identify organizations. RB2B says person-level identification is limited to visitors in the United States; international identification, when enabled, is at the organization level.

How RB2B uses visitor information

RB2B describes its tracking as using cookies and similar technologies to associate website activity with other information held by its online data partners or vendors, potentially including an email address. As a result, we or service providers working on our behalf may use associated information to communicate with you, including about our services.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and RB2B use cookies and related technologies only when you opt in to the relevant category. We use session storage for UTM attribution only with analytics consent. Plausible's standard analytics is cookieless. We store your preferences in local storage for up to six months so we can remember your choice. RB2B documents the following cookies and typical expiry periods; actual use can depend on its service and configuration.

How we use and share information

We use information to:

• manage the Omni Cloud waitlist and send requested availability updates;
• understand site traffic and improve the website;
• measure campaign performance when you opt in to analytics; and
• identify website visitors and organizations through RB2B when you opt in to visitor identification.

We share information with service providers that support these purposes, including Google Analytics, Plausible, RB2B, and Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website and waitlist service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the site.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist information for as long as it is needed to manage the waitlist and provide requested updates, or as otherwise required by law. Analytics and RB2B information may be retained according to the settings and retention practices of those providers. You may ask us to remove your waitlist email by contacting us at the address below. You can also contact us to stop receiving waitlist updates. You can withdraw optional tracking consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
